We genuinely believe that we offer a unique blend of technical and commercial skills woven through with real life experience of running a professional partnership. We are all well aware of the challenges that this presents.
Our aim is to make every client feel that they are our only client. We seek to comprehensively understand our clients’ needs before commencing any assignment and provide a bespoke service that genuinely meets those needs.
We categorically do not have a series of products that we seek to sell nor do we accept any form of financial reward from anyone other than our client and are not influenced by the need to cross sell additional services. We are happy to align our fees to the aspirations of our clients but not to the extent that it could be perceived that our professional independence would be compromised.
The heartland of our professional careers has been the North West of England but from that base we have developed extensive contacts across the UK. These extend not only from legal businesses and specialist bankers and funders but to a range of other “stakeholders” and influencers in the sector. As a result we operate across the UK and our service offering is broadly appropriate to any firm from sole practitioners to those outside the top 50, but where we can truly add value – if we cannot do so we will make this clear at the outset.
By using us as lead advisers (as is the case with any lead adviser), we bring independence, market knowledge and an indicative market value to the process. For sellers we will create a market, protect confidentiality and play hardball, where necessary, with those who may be your future partners.
